1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Bangladeshi law to place an order. By using the Service you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at info@rawzabd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Rawza BD.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where product information contains an obvious error or where fraud is suspected.
• A contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation from us.

4. Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCOMMERZ (cards), and Cash on Delivery within serviceable areas. Payment is processed by third-party gateways; Rawza BD does not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or force majeure. Risk of loss and damage passes to you once the order is handed to the recipient at the delivery address.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent orders, scraping the site, or interfering with other users.

8. Intellectual property

All content on Rawza BD — logos, product photography, illustrations, and copy — is owned by Rawza BD or its licensors and is protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce it without permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rawza BD's total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
